Michael is a San Francisco Bay Area real estate advisor creating investment strategies for the acquisition, development and sale of Multi-Unit, Tenant in-Common (TIC) value-added property and in the representation of residential home buyers and sellers.
His expertise includes providing construction project planning, design and management, change of use strategies and sourcing of material and labor for small to large residential and commercial development projects.
